A life built around restoration.

I am Dale Slycord. Most people know me as Dale. Others know me as the problem solver, the one they call when nothing else is working, or as the turnaround expert, the one who walks into what others gave up on and makes it run again.

I am a single father and an entrepreneur who believes that business should serve people. My work centers on acquiring, rebuilding, and operating businesses, preserving jobs, and creating lasting value.

Restoration is personal to me. I know what it means to carry a public label while trying to provide for a family, earn trust, and keep moving. My faith calls me to serve, to take responsibility for the work in front of me, and to treat people as more than the worst thing someone has said about them.

I continue to maintain my innocence. I also continue to live, work, care for my family, and build a future.
