FAQ
Questions, answered directly.

Were you convicted?
On August 19, 2010, I was convicted of two counts of indecency with a child by contact and two counts of sexual assault of a child, based on allegations involving two separate days.
I maintain that I did not commit any of these offenses.
The allegations against me mirrored the circumstances in Robert’s case. That connection, alongside the $10,000 demand and the threat that preceded the accusation, is central to why I maintain that I was targeted in an extortion attempt.
Has the conviction been overturned?
The material published here does not establish that the conviction has been overturned or that I have been judicially exonerated.
What does the therapist’s letter say?
It reports two polygraph examinations with no deception indicated and gives a clinical assessment that treatment did not appear beneficial based on the information available at that time. It does not explicitly declare me innocent or overturn a conviction.
Why are some details described as recollections?
Because an honest account should distinguish what I remember from what the available documents independently show. Court records are needed to establish the exact proceedings and sentencing details.
Why build this website?
To tell my story in my own words, make supporting material accessible, and show the life I have continued to build through faith, family, service, and entrepreneurship.
